  These guys do everything! This week I noticed some storm damage to our second floor which we had not noticed. They came right over and fixed before tomorrows potential rain. We have had them do several projects for us with great results. Reasonable and responsive. What more could you ask?

  Stanley Naudus has done a great job for many years on numerous home maintenance projects. Most recently, Iden did a wonderful, turnkey job refinishing our wood floors while we were out of town. He even took care of moving and returning our furniture, which nobody else would agree to do. Nick was great scheduling the work, as he has been on other occasions with various projects. Other excellent work Naudus has done for us includes interior and exterior painting, power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and carpet replacement.

  We have them clean our gutters twice each year and they are always timely, efficient and reasonably priced.

  I had scheduled a gutter cleaning with this company and didn't think it'd be much of an issue since it was not a large project. I decided to give this company a shot especially after reading the Google and Yelp reviews which were fairly decent. Scheduling was easy so that was not an issue. When I called I was able to book an appointment about a week later between 11am to 2pm. They said someone had to be home during the cleaning so luckily my husband was able to work from home. The day of the appointment, I was notified that no one had come by the house yet and it was 3:30pm. I called the company and spoke to Earl who had said there was a big project in the morning so his guys were running late but were on their way. No apology and no phone call letting us know they were running late but fine, he said his guys were on their way so no biggie. When the workers did arrive, the lead worker was rude and unprofessional. I had contacted the company office again letting him know that the lack of professionalism was not alright and asked if there was a possibility of a discount of any sort. He said it's not up to him and it's up to his driver (lead worker) to price services - which seemed odd to me as the person I was talking to was the office. We asked the driver (lead worker) about possibly discounting down the cost and he said he doesn't deal with prices, that's the office's job. I called the office again and told him what his lead worker told me and the office simply said he cannot lower the cost and as the season gets warmer they get busier and it was his fault for giving me a time range of "11am to 2pm" instead of "after 11am" which apparently is what he tells his workers (definitely a big lack of communication between the office and the workers which can continually lead to issues such as mine). After I told him his lead worker was rude, he said that shouldn't have happened and would add a 10% discount. However, his workers finished the job in about 12 min (which may be the average time, I don't know so I'm not rating on how long it took to complete the job) and my husband had already paid them via check per their request. I guess I will see if they honor their word of the discount by sending me back the discounted amount, but I'm not holding my breath. When I got home, I noticed a roof shingle on my driveway, gutter leaves on my driveway, window ledges, deck, and side of the house. Overall, the company was not what I expected it to be. Unfortunately, I will not know if they did a good job on the gutters until the next rainfall (so I'm not rating on the work because I can't see how well it was cleaned) but company wise, I should not have had to call them multiple times regarding issues that shouldn't have happened in the first place if this company were professional and organized to begin with. I will most definitely never use this company again.
