  A good company staffed by good old boys- just the type of business you want to have assisting you when you run into a water issue with your home. They don't try to upsell you and push anything that's unnecessary, just what needs to be done and you have to respect that. This company will continue to get my business for as long as I live in the area.

  Bell Pump and Well are INCREDIBLE!!!! We had a plumber from another company who didn’t realize the mechanics of our water system, and incorrectly temporarily routed the discharge line to a bucket thinking it may have been a condensation line. Needless to say, a hundred plus gallons does not fit in a five gallon bucket and our basement flooded. As we were assessing the cause of the flooding, we had to manually regenerate the system to verify the incorrect discharge route was the causal factor of the flooding (it was). Afterwards, I wasn’t sure I had correctly “reset” the water system to its original state, so I called Bell. Bell immediately started working with me to ensure I had done everything correctly, but to verify, they went the extra step and sent a technician out who happened to be in the area. I stink at catching names, but whatever man answered the phone and dealt with me this morning in a panicked state is awesome!!! After the tech arrived, he walked me through the system, as well as, explained to our plumber what needed to happen when he permanently ties the discharge line back into the plumbing. Again, I stink at names, but this guy was just as awesome!!! He could have came in…said, “yep, that’s right,” and left. Rather, he took an additional two minutes to help us out. Bottom line, Bell Pump and Well are professionals, and finding places that go the extra mile seem to be more rare today. This team does just that…they go the extra mile…thank you, Bell!!!!

  I don’t normally type up reviews but I have to here. This company is insane when it comes to customer service. I’ve called them for services before which was great but I just got off the phone with Brian and he was incredible. I am having trouble with my well system and needed advice. He took the time over the phone to guide me and help me work through the issue. He didn’t once try to sell me anything or make me feel like I needed to hire them to come out for service. I 100% will use them if it gets to the point of needing service over this interaction (plus the others). You just don’t seem to get this kind of customer service now a days. If you’re wondering if you should go with Bell Well & Pump please take this review to heart and go with them!! (I have NO relationship with anyone there this review is just from an extremely satisfied customer)

  My wife and I moved to our first house a year ago having never lived in a place with a well. Bell came out for the inspection and advised on some repairs to the system. From scheduling to repairs, everyone I interacted with was fantastic. I never felt pushed into buying anything and instead was given options and told the tradeoffs of going different routes. The technician who inspected the well and those that installed the updates were also helpful in offering advice for maintaining the system and getting the most out of it. We have called a few times in the last year with various questions and always are dealt with honestly. Whereas other places may press you to get services and systems you don't need, the people at Bell shoot straight.
