  DRB homes did a great job from start to finish. In particular, working with Justice was awesome. She is very knowledgeable and was very responsive during the whole process! Additionally, Ever and his staff were a pleasure to work with and you can tell they care about building homes correctly while still managing timelines. I am happy to call it my home for many years to come!

  I’ve now had the pleasure of working with DRB Homes at Kincora twice for two different buyers — and both experiences were fantastic! I’ll continue bringing clients here who are looking for quality new construction because the homes are absolutely beautiful and the buyers are always thrilled. The sales team is professional, communicative, and truly easy to work with. A special shoutout to Justice, who went above and beyond to make the process seamless for my clients.   I was looking for a new home in a turbulent market and came across DRB Homes Kincora. From there -- we connected with Justice Puskas, who was an excellent Sales Consultant! She was very thoughtful, informative, and great at communication regarding any questions/inquiries we had. From there, the overall process from start to finish was very easy and was done with great care! Artie & Ever were excellent PMs and answered all questions we had! The community is great and I would highly recommend this community going forward!

  I had a great experience purchasing in this community. Justice was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She listened to what I was looking for and was clear and transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciated that she kept me updated and answered all my questions without any pressure or sales push. Everything moved smoothly, and the communication was solid from start to finish. Overall, the process was straightforward, and I’m happy with my decision. I’d definitely recommend checking out this community if you’re in the market.

  I have been in the Kincora community for almost 4 years now. When my apartment lease was ending last november, I had some decisions to make so the opportunity presented itself for me to look into a larger space. I noticed the first set of DRB Homes being built and went ahead and stopped by. I met with Justice and she immediately made me feel comfortable and answered any question I had. My family also came by and looked at the unit, It was perfect for me & my dog batman since he is familiar with the neighborhood. Going through the buying process once we did the security hold & initial contract. From the financing to closing it honestly went very quick for me. Yes with becoming a homeowner for the first time, there was a little stress & nervousness but once I received the keys, I felt happy and relieved. I accomplished a goal for myself. I love my home and as with anything new it takes time for the building itself to settle since it had been sitting for awhile. I had some issues in the beginning with the floor, oven, & water heater. The project management staff did their best to fix the issues as quickly as possible even though communication could have been better. Overall for me I enjoy DRB homes, I am glad I was able to secure a home before the prices went up! 😎So if you are looking for a growing community close to One Loudoun, 28, Dulles Airport etc. Then check out DRB Homes- Loudoun/Ashburn & Ask for Justice😁
