From the first meeting to the follow-ups afterwards everything was done with professionalism, skill, and a true caring for our happiness with the end result. We finished right on schedule. We knew exactly when and what was going to happen every week. The quality of the workmanship is impressive and every tradesperson was respectful and kept the place neat and as dust-free as possible. When issues cropped up about placement of items they talked us through the options and we came up with a plan worked for us. We are a bit style challenged and their team was fantastic helping us pick colors that would complement the watercolor paintings we wanted to hang. They helped us pick out every item in such a gentle and caring way. I would gladly work with them again, and will when we get ready to remodel the downstairs.
