Whoever’s driving 3820 is in quite the hurry today, tailgating, flashing lights at people and has cut multiple people off merging into their lane only inches in front of their vehicles. When you see him weaving in and out of traffic look out. Extremely unprofessional

After a month of excuses delaying our newly purchased lift delivery, we finally had to cancel the order and buy from an alternate vendor. They assured us that they would be able to assist on any repairs, warranty work, etc. for our lift purchased elsewhere. I called on a Tuesday for a warranty issue. I said, "I imagine you are busy like everyone else. When can I expect you can get this in?" I was told, by the end of the week. I called Friday to get an update. The tech told me they could get it in early the following week. I called Tuesday afternoon (as the next day starts the middle of the week IMO) and was told the service manager would call me back after his meeting. After no response, I called in again Wednesday morning. The tech called me a liar when referring to his commitments and he didn't know when he would be able to look at it. He then directed us to pick the lift up.
