  I am so happy I was referred to MWM! From the beginning they were professional, easy to work with, and always prompt and pleasant in responding to my questions. Jacob and Badri are wonderful and knowledgeable project managers. I felt so comfortable that they kept in touch with me along the way, especially Badri, who reassured me he'd stay on top of things to the end, and he did! The work crew was excellent, too, and I'm pleased at the way everything came out. Special shout-out to Arturo who takes pride in the details of his work. Thanks to them all, and I'll pass along MWM Cleaning and Restoration's name when I can!

  I had the good fortune of having MWM do the repairs on our home after a pipe had busted. They were very professional and made quick work of it, around my schedule, getting everything done promptly and within budget. Badri, the project manager, communicated perfectly making sure i was aware of progress and schueduling. He also followed up after the work was done to make sure there wasn't any lingering or punch list items. GREAT JOB!!!

  Had requested an estimate to repair a leak in my living room ceiling. They quickly quoted me a price below the competitors and sent out their team the next day. In about a week, my ceiling was patched and I had no more worries

  There is already a certain amount of stress when your home requires restoration services. When you combine that with the stress of hiring a contractor, it can be overwhelming. From the very beginning Mohammed and his team were amazing. Not only did Mohammed take the time to explain the quote from the insurance company, but he also found a couple of things that needed to be changed. Overall impressions they’re extremely honest, very upfront. The workmanship quality was extraordinary, and they took the time to match every detail of our home as it was before the event. Happy to recommend!

  We live in townhomes and our neighbor's house completed burned down and caused about 10k in damages to our house. MWM was a mess throughout the whole 2 month renovation process. They were a headache until the last day. Their project coordinator couldn't get the dates and times right so we never knew what or when things were happening. They would pop up at our home last minute for unscheduled repairs. The people that they contract to do painting and carpentry would come in and do a visually sloppy job or leave it looking clearly unfinished and then would act like they didn't see what we were complaining about. We constantly felt like we were fighting to receive the bare minimum in quality of workmanship. We suffered until the last day of the restoration and even 2 months following the end of restoration. They collect a form on the last day to have confirmation that we are pleased with the quality of work. After restoration was finally completed at decent quality, we signed this form and handed it to the coordinator in person and followed-up with their receptionist via phone with a credit card payment for our deductible, only to find out 2 months later that the credit card had never been charged and they had no record of the form that we had signed. Thankfully, I covered myself and had sent myself a picture of the signed form that we had submitted and was able to provide a copy but it just goes to show how unreliable MWM is and how unprofessional their people are. After having gone through such a traumatic event, the last thing you want is for the restoration process to be a headache. I would advise that you look else where for a dependable and professional restoration company. Good luck!
