He conscientiously and patiently explained each step as he conducted them. If I have another the problem, I want Moo Jin!

- LALoretta AdamsNov 5, 20251.0Called Michael & Sons when visiting my aunt in Woodstock, VA. Thought I sparked some wires when changing a smoke detector. I wanted them to come out to ensure I wasn’t going to burn the house down. Khaleel Dawood and his partner came out around 4 pm. Dispatch said it would be $169 for an after hours call. I was not familiar with the local pricing and asked him to install one light fixture and 5 smoke alarms. I was charged almost $1400. Khaleel also recorded his arrival time as after 6 pm. He and his partner were gone by 4:45pm. When I called the company I found that they contract out and that the technicians charge their own fees. Had I been informed of that when speaking to the company or if Khaleel would have told me this we would have had a very different outcome. Buyer beware. These people are not honest or upfront. The company stated they would have someone contact me…it’s been two months. Crickets.
