I worked with Joyce and she was absolutely AMAZING!! I’m a 69 year old widow on a very fixed income. A prior vendor charged me $75 but did not provide a service nor would they refund me. Joyce got on the phone with that vendor and by the end of the day my money was refunded. She’s delightful to talk to and a super pro to work with. She set me up with Ruben as my technician. Ruben was sent to my home to complete my repairs. I was astonished when I saw his work! It was clean and solid. If it wasn’t for the fact everything was in 100% repair (including hanging a broken towel rack - messy!) it was like he was never there. Both these employees are excellent assets to your company. I’ll be using Joyce and Ruben (I hope!) for any future work I need taken care of!

Back in early October I had ACE handyman services come out to change my kitchen faucet and fix my toilet. Gilberto did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend.

Very bad! We had a quote 2025 spring around $1,500 before replacement of attic insulation. After Ace finished the job the bill was around $6,000 (500% increase) without letting us know of the increase in price, what a surprise. Now we just had an attic inspection and it was bad. Not enough insulation for the area we live in plus no attic hatch (no insulation to the attic door NONE). This is going to cost us an additional 3,700 What is this? Ace Handyman turned out to be the most expensive plus they did not know what they were doing.

Had appointment scheduled for this morning, 8:00-8:30 after approving the estimate. Nobody showed up, and I received no call that there was a delay. Tried calling several of their numbers, no answer, and the voice mail doesn't even identify as Ace Handyman. Finally got a call, said she saw my call trying to come thru - told me they're trying a new answering service for after hours - told her my issue, said she'd check with craftsman and get right back to me. After 10 minutes, still waiting for return call, so I called back. She couldn't get a hold of him, didn't say why she didn't call me back, I asked for and she gave me the boss David's number. Called him, after telling me his craftsman had turned around to go back home to get a tool he needed for a subsequent job, then after listening to my frustration and complaint, he told me he didn't want me as a customer and if I submitted a negative review that he would have it removed! Unbelievable! So if you're impressed by the reviews here, it's because David is removing the negative reviews.

Wanted to share a great experience with Joyce, Elbert and Rafael! Joyce was fantastic in getting all the right people lined up and scheduled and was super diligent in making sure it all went smoothly. Elbert came up with a really clever solution to a heavy door that came off its hinge. Rafael was wonderful in working on smart light switch solutions that two others weren’t able to get wired! Overall super happy with these services and would recommend them.
