Over the last 6 months they have skipped our cleaning about 1/2 of the time, even going one month without coming (they are supposed to come weekly) and I called many times and they would give us a new date and then never show up. You have to call them to get a credit for missed services instead of them automatically giving you the credit on their end. They have been charging us for sanitizer every month, but we told them a while ago the hand sanitizers were broken and needed to be replaced. They have never replaced them and so we just buy our own on site to use. But they still charge us for this each month. They explained they were short staffed and so we tried to be patient and give them chance after chance. Then they sent a letter they are going up on pricing (didn’t say what the new price was) but the service is horrible so why would we pay more for bad service? Calling a new company this week with 5 star reviews.

Almost had to shut the project down on 2 occasions because the porta potties were in such bad shape and violated OSHA regulations.
