When I called Just Right to come out and look at my AC, they told me it was in rough shape and quoted me a $800 fix for two parts. I could tell even talking with their service guy that something was off. When I found Jones Heating and Air and spoke with Jeff on the phone to get a second opinion, I knew immediately he is a stand up guy who is honest, has integrity, and stands by his work. When he came by to look at my AC unit, it confirmed everything I felt. He was honest about what he was seeing, he educated me on how my system works and how to maintain it, and made me feel like my time was well spent. It turns out our unit is in great shape, parts weren’t needed, and Just Right wanted to scare us into an unnecessary large purchase. This was even after I had told their tech we just got home from the hospital with our firstborn, which makes wanting to rip us off feel that much more disgusting. Thanks for saving us, Jeff! It feels like a dying breed at times, finding an honest and knowledgeable technician. But Jeff is one of the good ones! He has a life long costumer in us.
