  We found birds living in our vents! Skylake came out right away, replaced the vent and was very professional and respectful. They also covered the vent with a cage so that birds could no longer get in. Super pleased with the service, pricing, and quality of care.

  I have used Skylake Heating & Air for a few years now. Their service and overall operation is great, I have no problems there. I recently had them come out because a tenant of mine complained that the AC wasn't blowing properly in her room. It's a brand-new townhouse and Skylake just installed the HVAC system 3 months ago, so I thought this might just be a warranty issue but also understood I would need to pay them if there was nothing actually wrong with the system. They sent out a technician and sure enough it was blowing just fine, my tenant was wrong (the sun hits her room fairly hard). So they needed to charge me a $99 fee just for coming out (no tune up or anything else like that included). They offered to do a tune up while there for an additional cost. I was taken back with how expensive this was and asked them with all the business I have given them over the years can they not work with me this one time and cut me a break? (I have purchased through them an ECM motor on most all of my rentals) A small discount would have sufficed. The answer was no. That just makes me feel undervalued as a longtime customer and overall disappointed.
