I had a great experience with Glass Crafters. Their pricing was significantly better than another company that also bid the job. Grant and Kaylee were always super friendly to work with. And they were also extremely patient when the other portion of the project was delayed for weeks and weeks. Plus, the installers were extremely professional and careful once installation day finally arrived. Don't hesitate to use them.

Look, when researching glass for a 30 year old window pane that has been broken and isn't made anymore I've heard a lot of excuses.
One Day Glass:
"If your glass arrives and is broken then we don't take liability."
"If you sign for the glass and it doesn't fit, that's not our fault, even though you gave us the exact specifications to cut the glass and we screwed up. Glass cutting isn't an exact science, but don't worry we'll give you a discount on another pane of glass you order, which we'll probably screw up anyway because our glass cutters are amateurs."
"Oops we gave you the wrong thickness you asked for, oh well not our fault, but don't worry we'll give you a discount and maybe get it right next time."
"Oops we sent you glass with chipped corners and cracks, oh well not our fault, but we'll give you a discount on your next one."
On and on and on the excuses went. All of these were from "One Day Glass" by the way. Oh and also, glass cutting is an exact science so you know it's just an excuse for poor craftsmanship.
Then I call Glass Crafters of Utah.
Me: Here's the size and thickness I'll need.
Them: Ok we'll call you in a couple days.
Them: The cost is $20 - $100 cheaper then everyone else.
Me: ok there's got to be a catch here.
2 days later
Them: Your glass is ready.
Me after measuring the pane: Wow you guys are good it's the perfect thickness and size. Exact measurements.
Them: Have a nice day.
Me: Satisfied with my new installed window pane.
That's how ridiculously easy it was with Glass Crafters. They're just one of those companies that is honorable, no excuses, gets the job done and done right the first time, the way real companies used to be. This is now my new go to glass company, that simple.

Glass Crafters installed a new, large glass railing for us, and I cannot recommend Grant, Kaylee, and their crew more!! It seems like good contractors these days are harder to come by, and they did everything right from bidding the job to completion. Their communication was great, price was competitive compared to other bids, they were punctual, the craftsmanship is top notch, and the install crew was knowledgeable and friendly! Everyone comments on our new railing. It really does look amazing. We actually had an issue with our deck coating contractor, and I needed the railing crew to remove and reinstall the railing for me. Grant and Kaylee gave me a great price and were super efficient to help with this added cost (that had nothing to do with them). I will recommend Glass Crafters to anyone looking for quality and honest glass work… 5 stars is a disservice!!
