  From ordering to install... the whole process was fast, efficient and friendly with no pressure like you receive with so many other companies out there. What a difference our new windows have made with regulating the temperature in our house. We love our new windows. These guys are awesome and would definately recommend for anyone looking to replace their windows.

  It has been over eight weeks that they promised to resolve an issue, Advanceinstalled windows that were leaking water. I have a window that has a draft that moves when you shake it and they still have not replaced or fixed! terrible customer! The sales team promise you the world! you pay a lot extra money thinking you are paying for better customer service, heads up, they suck!

  Getting new windows was actually a fun experience, believe it or not. Jordan is not a typical pushy sales person. He provided information, options, and answered questions without pressure. He really cares. The installers were also kind, respectful, and hard working. We enjoyed having them there and visiting from time to time. Our house is a little unique with a pitches, slick, metal roof. Javier got up there in his bare feet and took care of business. He and Willy worked so well together. Willy called to let me know about times and check on things. Thank you everyone!!!

  These new windows are gorgeous! It's amazing how much better the world looks through them! I thought we were buying these large picture windows for the better energy efficiency than the 50-year-old windows that were there, but they also are somehow giving a better view. The team was very easy to work with; the sales, scheduling, office, and installation teams were all courteous and prompt. The installation team left the house almost cleaner than when they arrived, and they were finished in just one day. I know these comments all sound really too good to be true, but I am really pleased so far.

  If I could put zero stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with Advanced Window Products. The quality of their installation and the lack of care from their crews is unacceptable. They hire careless installers and don’t retain the workers who actually take pride in their craft. The work done on my home was rushed and half-finished. Several issues I observed: No foam insulation used before installing the windows, which can impact energy efficiency and performance. Poor trim and finish work—sloppy, uneven, and clearly rushed. Messy caulking with oversized beads that will collect dirt and dust over time instead of clean, professional lines. No drop cloths or protection for the home’s interior, leaving my space vulnerable to damage and mess. Not following proper lead abatement procedures, which is both unsafe and against regulations in homes built before 1978. Failure to properly clean the windows after install, leaving behind dust and vinyl shavings. Misleading claims about “soundproof” glass, as what was installed did not match what was advertised. Overall, it was clear the installers were trying to finish the job as fast as possible with no regard for craftsmanship, safety, or customer satisfaction. I expected professional work, especially for the price, and instead I’m left with sub-par installation and frustration. I would not recommend this company.
