- JAJuan AndresOct 31, 20251.0I’m very disappointed with the service I received from United Rentals. This is the second time in one week that I’ve been given a non-working boom lift. Because of this, I couldn’t complete my job at Target in Utah. I traveled from Atlanta, spent money on flights, and lost a full workday because the equipment didn’t function. I called the team to report it immediately, but I was told that I wouldn’t get a refund — which is unacceptable since I wasn’t able to use the lift at all. I use this type of boom lift every day, so I know when a machine is working properly and when it’s not. The one I received didn’t even start, so there’s no way it could be considered in good condition. Idon’t recommend people to used United rentals.
