  We had Sam Andersen come to our house. He called me beforehand. He was right on time. He was super nice. He gave us options and was not pushy at all. He had all the things he needed to fix our garage and we got a new sensor. It was painless. I called yesterday and it was fixed the next day.

  I’ve had a few not so good experiences with other household contractors in the past, so when I went looking for someone to help me with my garage door needs I did a lot of research. I landed on A+ garage doors site and all of the 5 Star reviews were as advertised. Mike showed up fixed my problem, and is working with me to apply some of the repair costs to new doors when the wife picks them out. I would 100% refer Mike and his team to anyone that is in need of an expert! Jeff-

  UPDATE: Ryan contacted me after seeing our review, to inquire about making things right- which I really appreciate. He reaffirmed the integrity of the company by offering solutions!! He wiped the slate clean by enlisting his most trusted technician- Nolan- to come out and troubleshoot our leaking seal problem. Nolan was attentive, and offered a few options, he sought to understand our concerns and ensure we felt good with the aesthetic and function of the new seal and retainer. After attaching the new seal, he then went above and beyond (noticing we have a 7 year old) and offered to correct our safety sensors by retapping the wires, and reattaching the sensors to meet code. Thank you Nolan, thank you Ryan! We are so grateful for your assistance and services rendered. We feel like we gained a partner we can rely on- and will definitely call to request Nolan in the future! We just moved here from Florida, and purchased a home- I called to get a bid to have our seal replaced because our door is leaking, it is clearly the original seal as it is cracked and looks the same age as the home. I went with A+ because there is a service sticker inside our garage from the previous owner, with multiple service trips notated on it, which was relieving, because I assumed they would have our service history (as each invoice and each tech is noted clearly on the sticker). Other than the cracked seal- (and the safety sensors previously left on the floor by prior techs or owners), everything works great on our door- it’s very quiet, and it is obvious there are new springs, motor and opener on the main 2 car bay with a camera on the motor that senses and records when there is motion in the garage. So I called A+ and they quoted me a free consultation to address the issue- she wouldn’t hint or suggest any prices over the phone whatsoever, which I thought was weird. So, Dallin came out next day to inspect our garage. It was evident from the get go, he was not interest in repairing or offering any solution other than he wanted to sell me TWO whole new doors and systems. I asked him multiple questions because it was evident our third bay had recently had a new seal replaced, which was contrary to his diagnosis that “the seal couldn’t be replaced because it was one whole piece built into the lower panel” even though I could clearly see it wasn’t- AND “that they don’t even make anything that would fit my door anymore” he kept answering my questions by saying he needed “ to ask his door team” which made me wonder if the kid knew anything about garage doors. So I understood maybe he wasn’t qualified in his role as repair technician. After pressing him about finding a replacement solution or option for just the seal for over an hour- he called his team, after talking to someone on the phone he came back with a a non-solution by saying “no one on his team thinks he should, BUT he CAN replace the seal with parts ON THE TRUCK but It’ll take him hours to do and he won’t even guarantee it’ll work” and then he continued to push me to buy two new whole systems. So, we will find a true repair tech and not a salesman. Among the whole system replacements, he finally quoted me for two tune ups, and a replacement seal for over $500. Which another company over the phone told me a new seal is only 189$ for parts and labor
