I called A+ garage door repair and they were able to get a tech out same day. Boy am I glad that it was Connor L. He showed up ready to help and with so much knowledge. I was flustered with the unexpected nature of this problem and was all over the place trying to figure out repair/replacement options while also trying to figure out how to pick my kids up from school since my car was trapped. He was so patient and helpful. He priced out more options than I can count and made sure I was 100% confident in my decision, all while answering all my questions, and I had a lot. I never felt rushed and he took the time to really help me understand things. No joke if it’s possible I will request him every time I have garage door needs. He took a stressful situation and helped make it an opportunity to improve our home. He did detailed work on our repair and the garage doors are working great now. Thanks, Connor!
