I hired them to sealcoat our business parking lot and they did a fantastic job. Communication, quality of work and everything was exactly as you'd hope and expect. Plan to use them again next time I need to reseal our parking lot.

Seriously, one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in my life. They were on-time, fairly priced, very informative on my options, and they went above and beyond on doing extras to make our job so much better and without charging any extra to just DO IT RIGHT. They scrubbed and scraped and blew out dirty areas to make sure we got good contact, and they did a great job striping as well. Perfect! Thanks Keith, you and your team did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier! Thanks!

It was a wonderful experience to have a company come when they said they were going to, do a great job and charge the price that was quoted.

Frequently Asked Questions About Utah Sealcoat & Striping

What is the purpose of a sealcoat?

The primary function of a sealcoat is to protect the asphalt surface and prolong its lifespan. It's important to note that while sealcoating preserves the asphalt, it does not contribute to its structural integrity.

When should I have my asphalt sealcoated?

For optimal results, sealcoating should be applied when the asphalt is new. If that's not possible, it's recommended to begin the sealcoating process within the first year of the asphalt's installation.
