  The location is terrible and I had no idea who actually worked there. They were nice enough to help us try and match our current flooring but I was concerned that it wouldn’t match well enough and they said I could return it if I needed to. I paid cash. It didn’t match and when I tried to return it, they were unprofessional and said they couldn’t even find the sale in their system. There are many other flooring companies around here that are much better.

  Super great price on some great carpet for our new home. Great hookup on a fast n cheap installation team too. Don’t expect a fancy showroom though.

  We shopped around and were going to be charged over 8K for the supplies and install. We found Flooring Liquidator and purchased the same laminate we were looking for and had it installed for almost half the quoted price of another company. Mike even found a transition he had left over so we didn't have to wait and pay shipping on a little piece. Very helpful and affordable. Will recommend to everyone.

  We love the carpet! Nice nylon carpet for the price of cheap polyester. My only issue is with the install team. They didn't call the night before like they said, so we weren't sure if we were actually on the schedule until we got ahold of Mark. One of the installer, I don't think speaks a word of English the other understands English well but was still difficult to communicate with. The installer had a problem with keeping his pants up. Everywhere I looked there was 6 inches of butt crack. I wish he would get a pair of suspenders. The install looks great! Make sure you get it measured or be prepared for a little extra on the install (only $40 more in our case, so not a big deal). Our staircase needed more carpet and install time than Mark anticipated. I will use him again, but I hope Mark fixes the communication and butt crack problems.

  I used Mark a few years ago to install my carpet in my basement. 3 years later (last month), I also purchased laminate from him to install myself in my house. The product was higher quality than anything else I could find at that price and came in quickly. As always, Mark was a pleasure to work with, and will continue to refer his business to anyone who needs flooring.
