Out of my order, 21 planks had noticeable imperfections that I believe were not accurately represented when I bought the product. When I reached out to customer service for a replacement, they denied my request. They argued that the pattern was visible in the in-store sample and therefore wasn't a defect. However, I have photos showing that while small variations might have been present, the large "blotch" pattern that is my main concern was not on the sample I viewed. I even suggested they update their display sample to accurately represent the product, and the representative agreed they should, but no solution was offered for my issue. I'm now stuck with unusable planks, can't finish my project, and am out the money
