  Best experience ever. They are professional and helpful every step of the way. I had several bids and the were inline with price and the quality is superb. They even helped me when I ran into issues with the general contractor helping remove a wall. I went with Walnut and Quartzite and couldn’t be happier with my kitchen.

  I waited until they were almost done installing my cabinet door fronts to review the whole process and so I had pictures to post. Also, I was afraid that they wouldn’t complete the rest of the job because of things that have happened below. 1. This process has taken forever. I believed them when they told me that my job was more difficult which is why it’s taken a while. All I asked for was to replace my cabinet door fronts. What I’ve learned since, when I had another worker do another job for me (someone who has done a number of jobs like this over his 40 years in business) is that it’s a lot easier than what they purported it to be and it never should have taken this long. 2. One of the excuses they’ve made is that a couple of employees made the mistakes so they fired them. But they haven’t stood by all the mistakes. I should say that they are doing some things but I’ve had to call, text, and go up there a number of times just to have this done. I keep finding new errors as I use my cabinets and talk to other professionals who have the expertise. The office manager gets frustrated when I do this and then I ask to have them fixed. 3. I’ve felt like I’ve gotten the run around with lots of excuses as to why they aren’t liable for the mistakes. It’s taken me a while to figure out what caused the mistakes because I’m not an expert. Thats why I hired them. For example, they told me that they can’t do some things because they’d have to make up new boxes. I found out that this isn’t true when I’ve asked other professionals that I’ve come in contact with since. Most of the problems are that the measurements are wrong. Some of the doors are not long and/or wide enough, etc. So, the boxes show. A few of the cabinets don’t come together completely so you can see the shelves inside. *see pictures

  There are so many frustrating situations when building a home, but K-4 makes the kitchen and cabinets a smooth process. They did everything the way we wanted the first time. They are friendly, professional, and talented. If only all contractors were as easy to work with as K-4.
