  My husband and I own a Martial Arts academy and we had a young student have a bit of fun flushing non-flushable items down our toilet ! We called Scott Hale plumbing and they were able to send someone the same day. Edib and Kieth were absolutely amazing ! Professional , friendly and got the job done quickly . They made sure to explain what was going on every step of the way and made sure I was ok with the decisions they’d be making. They were very transparent with the cost before starting . I will be calling Scott Hale for future jobs!

  We had Emmanuel and Rylie come to check on our vents and AC system and give us an estimate. They were very friendly, honest and helpful. They went above and beyond and took their time to explain everything to us. The pricing seemed to be very fair. We also had Ethan come to check on a possible leak and water filter system. He was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience with Scott Hale’s team.

  I had a great experiance from the dispatcher to the technician. Shay my technician called me in advance to discuss what i wanted in a new thermostat and get the model i wanted on his way. He was professional, communitive and cleanly. My job was done in no time. Let Scott Hale be your on call HVAC provider like me.

  Justin did a wonderful job, but Scott Hale charged way too much. I called Scott Hale ahead of time and asked how much they charge for a drain clean, and Teagan (the operator) said $49, so I scheduled. They never sent me an estimate, yet claimed they did and that I had signed it, for which I certainly don't remember or have any record. If I had known they were going to charge $300 for a drain cleaning, I would have declined and gone to Any Hour for their $29 drain clean. Later, another operator said the $49 was the dispatch fee. If that's true, why didn't the first operator tell me that? I've learned an expensive lesson, and don't recommend Scott Hale unless you have money to burn or enjoy being deceived by their operator.

  My elderly mom had a new heater and air conditioner installed. They told her she'd be getting a certain brand, but then installed something completely different without even telling her beforehand. The invoice they gave her has the more expensive heater, not the one or even same brand that was installed. They charged her more for what she received. They offered a corrected invoice with the heater that she actually received, but they will not refund her any difference. ALSO. The air conditioner still hasn't been fully hooked up, we've been waiting for their electrican to come out for a month and a half. We've called 5 times and just keep hearing "they'll be calling you next week." We also want a partial refund so we can hire another electrician to get it hooked up, as we don't even know if Scott Hale is actually going to send an electrician over. Don't let your elderly loved ones be taken advantage of by these people. Don't spend $14,000+ on services that won't be finished and for items that weren't actually installed.
