We had a small leak coming across in the basement and Tyrell from 1st American came in and exactly pin pointed the issue and gave us a quote with exact explanation of what was to be involved in fixing it. They also managed to squeeze us in the very next day when we found that the leak was getting worse. Tyrell , Brent and Baylor got here on time and managed to get the whole dig done , get the leak fixed and also back full of the 7-8 ft hole they had to dig up. They were really good and I am happy we engaged them.

Tyrell came to our house and did a fast amazing job. We thought we were going to have to remove the toilet to get it. He was able to get it with an auger. I also asked him how much it would be to tighten one of our faucets and he just took care of it for us. Great service! Would highly recommend them. Really liked their text they sound out before the appointment too! They send info and a picture of the tech coming and a gps tracker with estimated time of arrival. Will be using them again for sure.
