He explained what he found in a way I could understand. He was very thorough with all the options available to me, including just replacing the spring. I opted for a new system (mine was over 18 years old and had cracks and rust). He had all the pricing options available right then and was very transparent with all costs. I really appreciate the time he spent educating me on garage doors/motors/systems so I could make a good choice. At no time did I feel pressured to pay more or upgrade anything. He also "fixed" the spring temporarily so we can use our garage door while we wait for our new system/door to be installed. I really appreciate his honesty, and I will continue to use A Plus Garage in the future!
