He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help even when we didn’t have the flood insurance to cover it. We would call him for any needs should it ever happen again. We highly recommend him and his company.

He checked on our progress everyday and helped find the remaining wet spots and adjusted the fans accordingly. He knew my husband was a “do it yourself” type of guy and he walked us through exactly what we needed to do to be able to salvage as much as we could. Would strongly recommend Pure Cleaning if you end up having unfortunate circumstances such as ours.
- DMDonna MartinNov 1, 20251.0Please do not use this company ever!!!!! Owner of business did not inform us that there would be a fee of $250.00 just to show up. The owner's son proceeded to remove all items that had water damage. Packed items in two huge garbage bags and left them in my garage instead of removing them to his truck. Next brought in fans to dry area for two days. Promptly billing me another $388.00 for the fans that day. The owner is not bonded either. As we waited for an adjuster to show up ....five days later and to make a decision of denial a week after that. The owner texted.emails, and phone calls to remind us of the balance of $388.00 was still our was well over 40 times. The owner has been paid in full, but a customer should not be harassed while awaiting an answer from the Insurance Company. Not to mention being up front about charges as well. NO JOY😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
