Our original goals weren’t achieved, and they left us with close to 20k extra costs in stone work, heat cable repair/replacement and jellyfish lighting issues. After I insisted for months that this wasn’t right and wrote a written complaint, I was given $735 to rectify the problems which did essentially nothing to help with the large amount of repairs and mistakes.

- THtl harveyOct 28, 20255.0I phone Legacy Roofing to have someone come out and inspect my 7 year old roof that another contractor had installed; to my surprise Legacy set an appointment for the same day at 4pm. At 4pm Bryce met me in my driveway and we went over some of the roof issues I was concern about; and after explaining what he would be examining he climbed on the roof looking for any issues. Sometime thereafter Bryce came down and assured us that the roof was in excellent condition barring a few minor issues like silicone needed around some of the vents and a few nails that were exposed which needed to be seal and a vent which should be replace by an HAVC tech, but he offered to take care of the silicone issues. Bryce was very pleasant, through and professional I wish I had Known about Legacy Roofing when I had my roof replace I would recommend Legacy Roofing to any homeowner or business looking to replace or repair any roof issues. Legacy as represented by Bryce Burnham the commitment does not end after the new roof is installed they follow up and are not the type of roof contractors that disappear after the roof is installed. What I learned from Bryce is that a roof should be inspected at lease every two years for a whole variety of issues that may effect the 30-40 year life. If you are in need of a new roof or repairing some issues I would call Legacy
