My biggest complaint is the 3% fee for using a credit card. I decided to take my business elsewhere when I was told that. I generally don't patronize businesses that charge that fee. In our digital world I rarely see cash. Money is just numbers not physical anymore. If you don't like the credit card fees, adjust your prices accordingly. Credit card fees are business expenses that can be deducted. Being told I have to pay the fee makes it feel like I'm being punished for using a card rather than appreciated for being a customer at your establishment.
