He noticed some irregular noises with the original furnace unit in my house and guided me through my options without unnecessary pressure. He went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer to check the warranty status and shared his recommendations. More recently, I received a plumbing inspection from Miguel and Ash. They were great as well. They showed up, walked me through all of the important fittings and potential points of failure and noted any concerns, again without unnecessary pressure. We discussed routine maintenance and areas to focus between inspections. They provided quick and simple cost estimates for minor future repairs Great service overall. I'll continue to rely on Rare Breed for their services.
