  It's a shame that we can only go 5 stars. I would easily give 10 stars. I would absolutely recommend Johnson and Johnson, to everyone needing a new heating and air company. We took advantage of the Spring Cleaning Offer. Setting an appointment was friendly and easy, and acty next business day. They communicated well, giving us the window to expect our technician. I very highly, recommend Chris Musso! He was very professional, respectful, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. After meeting us, he explained what he was going to do and let me know, that if I wanted to watch him, that would be ok. I absolutely love that! I like learning about my home too. He was in and out of my house, 20 maybe 30 times.., He never once, forgot to put his shoe protectors on. Never once forgot to close a door behind himself. He didn't mind all of my many questions. He really seemed to enjoy his job, the company that he works with and helping us. It was a really great experience. He's definitely an asset to Johnson and Johnson. We're not going anywhere. Again.., I highly recommend this company. They're in WV and MD. 10 Stars

  Awesome job,! Paul explained everything and advised I would be better to replace system with all the issues he showed me. Even called to have someone here in an hour to quote me a price. Kevin was great he went over everything thoroughly and explained everything and answered all my questions concerns. Absolutely love this company!!!

  Anthony Christian provided outstanding service from start to finish. The hospitality was excellent, along with the customer service representative who helped schedule everything. Anthony quickly found the issue and thoroughly explained what had occurred in a way that was easy to understand. I especially appreciated his honesty and integrity, as the repair ended up being a much smaller issue than I originally thought. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy. His knowledge, honesty, and expertise gave me so much confidence that I signed up for preventive maintenance because I knew I could trust the company. I’ll definitely be using them again for future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

  They arrived at my house first thing monday morning, as per the email and text message. The area i needed a repair was less than accessible, but they researched some parts and provided me with an estimate. A few hours later the job was completed. They relocated the cutoff valve for easier access and stayed long enough to reassure me that there was no longer any leaks. Good clean work with visible improvements. Everything they did was explained to me and they left the old parts so I could see exactly what they had replaced. Both men were pleasant and professional. Very simple to schedule my appointment online with followup phone call. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  I called Johnson and Johnson to check out a substantial leak to my hot water heater. The person who I spoke with over the phone was very courteous and arranged for one of their technicians to come out within twenty four hours. I was called the next day and was advised of a time of arrival that was accurate. Joe Seabolt responded to replace a defective temperature and pressure relief valve to my hot water heater. He explained the problem in a very detailed manner that was easy to understand. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him and Johnson and Johnson Heating and Air to anyone who would inquire.
