  Steve was very detailed in his description of what was going on with my heating and cooling system. I appreciated the thorough inspection. I can't rate on service for repairs as nothing has been done yet, I am waiting to find out what the estimate might be. I always feel like when something is "found" that urgently needs to be repaired, I question whether it is really true. So many companies want to make a buck off of a consumer. After I research whether it is really needed, then I will be more suited to give a true rating of the company, but the tune up service was very very good today. He was friendly and professional.

  Had capital heating out this afternoon to get a quote on a new furnace/ac system. They sent a technician along with the salesman and did a thorough complete inspection of both units to assess if a new unit was needed immediately. Came back with conclusion that should get another season out of both units. Very impressed with the service, would highly recommend

  Stevie and Taylor work excellently together! I am so impressed by how knowledgeable and patient both have been with me and 101 questions. I admit hearing I needed a full replacement wasn't what I wanted to hear-but it is definitely needed. My condo is at least 40 years old and my gut says heating and cooling are original, too. I was offered a repair quote as an option, but replacement makes better sense longterm. Stevie and Taylor broke things down to me in smaller bites and in a way I understood them without ever belittling me or being unprofessional. I sincerely appreciate them! Capital Heating & Cooling-both are true assets to you team!

  We had a technician come out for a routine check on our equipment which we booked through Home Depot. They were running a promo deal for $25 to do a regular maintenance check up. I really enjoy that they send a text with a photo of who is coming to your home, the technician Brian would then call with an update on his arrival and he was prompt, friendly and helpful. The process was easy and nothing additional was needed but great to have the peace of mind knowing our equipment is running as it should.
