  We worked with Marybeth while looking for a house to fit our growing family. She was extremely patient when answering my many questions, and completely understanding when we decided not to move forward on the first lot that we were thinking of buying. She did not make us feel badly at all for backing out as she was writing a contract. After a few weeks, there was a life change for us and we came back to look again, and are now in contract for a different lot. We may not have come back to look if she had been anything but pleasant about us backing out the first time. She is kind and understanding to every family that comes in the house while making sure the model home is respected since it will be someone’s home someday. She has been welcoming to each of my 9 kids who have come to look (or look again) at the house with us or look again while we did paperwork. I especially liked how she was 100% grounded when it came to advice. As we asked questions regarding the different options and aspects of the house, she answered in ways that would sincerely be best for our family, even when it meant turning an opportunity to spend more money on a certain option down. 100% knowledgable, 100% caring and 100% great work ethic. Highly recommend.
