They were literally at my house within 7 Minutes of the phone call ! The technician was Miguel Garcia. He was very courteous and informative of what was going on in our situation. He explained everything in detail which I did appreciate. He had the bathrooms working in literally no time at all. Scheduling the service was simple and straightforward. David Dundrea performed the repair and was cordial, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain what had failed and why, and it appears the original home builder likely took a shortcut during installation. David corrected the issue properly and ensured everything was solid and functioning as it should. I appreciate the professionalism and quality work and would definitely recommend Katy Plumbing.

I was considering converting to a tankless water heater with this changeout but elected to stay with tank type heaters like I had. They quoted me a price that was competitive with several others that I had already received and they could proceed with the replacement immediately. The heaters were changed out in a couple of short hours and the professionalism and workmanship of these two gentlemen was exceptional. I would highly recommend Katy Plumbing for your plumbing needs and I will use them again.

Scheduling with Katy Plumbing was a breeze and Ryan appeared exactly as scheduled. The lines of this 23+ year old house were gummy and definitely needed cleaning. Equipment was available so Ryan got right after it, avoiding a second appointment. The hydrojet worked perfectly under Ryan's guidance and the video inspection confirmed no issues after the cleaning. Additionally, an unused pool heater was disconnected.The before and after service experience was great. I believe the price was worth the hours and effort expended. I'm well satisfied and the great results!
