  Recently reached out to bf plumbing to get a quote, the so called tech arrived we went over a plan on how the job would be done. Then after going out to his vehicle to generate the quote he returned and insisted that l had to go with a plan he generated in his vehicle not the plan we agreed on. Then he refused to give a quote on the original plan and gave me a quote what he generated. I don't know how good their work is but the bait and switch didn't work. THEY SHOULD REFUND MY QUOTE FEE SINCE I DIDN'T GET IT. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

  Friendly service, Scott got my problem fixed very quickly. The cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use this company again. He fixed the issue that another company didn't and they had been out on 3 different occasions. Thank you Scott and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

  I am HIGHLY disappointed by this plumber. BECAUSE of their excellent ratings and low cost for driving out to our house to give us an estimate, I choose that company. I wanted to get a smart toilet with bidet installed. We could had done it ourself, but because of warranty, we had to get it installed by an professional plumber. I called a few plumbers and they had a high fee just to come out for the estimate. Yes, I know, most add the fee toward the job. Benjamin Franklins was like 40 bucks. BUT the guy told me when he saw the toilet, he NEVER in 20 years installed this kind of toilet, and they have to charge us a whole day fee $1200. And should the flange be bad another $300-$400. We paid a little over $600 for the toilet (got it on sale). I believe Benjamin Franklin should had been an HONEST decent Company and just say: sorry, but we have to PASS on this install. Better for you to keep looking around, BECAUSE we would have to charge you too much MONEY. My husband almost wanted to pay for it, because he hates to shop around. BUT I said NO! It is a ridiculous price to pay, twice the price of the toilet! SO, I called one more place: YOHE PLUMBING! YOHE PLUMBING did NOT charge a dime to look at the job to give us an estimate, I also asked them before hand on the phone if they installed a smart toilet before (I believe I asked Benjamin Franklin too) and YOHE Plumbing DID have experience with smart bidet toilets!! The YOHE PLUMBER did installed our smart toilet in less then 2 1/2 hours for $300!!! About the picture: OUR YOHE PLUMBING INSTALL!!! Sorry, but I just can NOT recommend you guys to anybody.
