  Prepare to be constantly harassed by the HOA who lies about things. No wonder houses are selling in here after being built. No communication and management has gone downhill.

  Homes are great. You. Are. On. Your. OWN. After sale. They’ll replace your filters. Replace general maintenance items. Once the HOA gets involved, it’s no longer anyone helping you. HOA will say your complaints are for the builder since it’s still being built and the board is still the builder, but will gladly take your money. And while this happens, Woodside will tell you to go to the HOA for concerns, who won’t help you, because the board is the builder. So when the sidewalk in front of your house gets torn up, they’ll both say “well the other should have notified you” and you’ll get no answers. This is the third time I’ve been in a dispute with an issue that the builder/HOA keep blaming on each other. The right hand does not talk to the left hand. Buy here for a nice house, but be prepared for endless amounts of frustration.

  Very happy with Woodside Homes! A Remarkable Experience at Woodside Homes in Estrella Community in Las Vegas (Northwest at US 95 at Kyle Canyon exit towards Mt. Charleston). I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home from Woodside Homes in the up-and-coming beautiful Estrella community and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my wife and I stepped into their sales office and spoke with the sales representative Jolynn, to the day we received the keys to our new home, every step of the process was smooth, enjoyable, and marked by outstanding customer service including the in-house mortgage lenders and title company.
