Early on, James replaced our outdoor faucets and replumbed our kitchen sink, zero issues since. Mateus handled maintenance on our mini-split system and did a thorough cleaning of one of the heads. Frank tackled a custom laundry valve replacement with an automatic shutoff and had us back up and running within a few days once the part came in. The biggest project was a full replacement of our high-efficiency boiler and indirect water tank after our previous system failed prematurely due to a poor install. The new system runs flawlessly and looks clean and well thought-out. Paul’s work on the manifold was especially impressive, he saved a significant amount of space in our basement, and the craftsmanship shows. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process (probably more than most), and A&L was patient, responsive, and easy to reach even on weekends. Yes, their quotes can feel high at first glance. But the reality is you’re paying for quality work done right the first time, without shortcuts, backed by a team that’s available when you need them.

I called at 7:00 am in the morning and someone answered immediately and told me the office will call me. At 8:15 am the office called me and scheduled for someone to come out that day. I got emails and text verifying and when the technicians were on their way to my house. The problem I had was complicated with the Power Vent and the technicians working hard with the manufacture and an experts within A&L to identify and fix the problem. The technicians James and Jack were so professional and kept me informed on their progress and their debugging process. A&L from the front office to the technicians and their processes and communication skills are outstanding.
