  I do not recommend. The customer service is awful. If we have any issues or need help of any kind our emails and calls are unanswered for weeks. It is like having a part time job trying to work with this company. It was like this throughout the install (starting last spring of ‘25 and finally finished in early ‘26) and is now even worse after they are done. It has been an incredibly frustrating process and we regret choosing them.

  Spending a great deal of time shifting through the maze of advertising for solar battery power. Claims by solar company representatives, I focused on PES Solar Battery with numerous conversations with their representatives. The need to have quality solar panels with the top-of-the-line battery, which was the Franklin battery. I weighed cost and instillation time with results. PES instillation staff was amazing. Installed in one day with 15 solar panels and the Franklin Battery. Then the same staff went over the installation with the operation of the system. The Franklin Battery was installed on a wall in my garage which allows me to see the amount of electricity charge available. The battery furnishes power for the whole house on a 24-hour basis which includes air conditioning. I run the washer and drier at peak sun hours out of conservation. I am returning extra electricity to the power company monthly which will be settled at the beginning of the new year. I have contacted PES numerous times with questions. PES answered my questions quickly. I had an inverter go out on one panel. Frankling was contacted. Frankling ran diagnostic tests in the inverter. PES replaced the inverter quickly. All has run perfectly since the inverter replacement.

  Great Company from the salesman Chip, to the Engineer Willy and to the crew that installed the panels and equipment. Very friendly and respectful. My solar is working amazing and producing way more than I am using in my house. I recommend this company to everyone and also to go solar

  Was very disappointed in the communication and itemization of the project. Got sold a bill of goods and would never ever recommend or do business with them again.
