  My first point of contact was with Eric, who handled Customer Service/dispatch. He was very courteous and professional throughout the interaction provided a service window between 12:30 PM and 4 PM. At 12:09 PM I received both a text and an email containing the profile and picture of the technician, Matthew, who would be arriving to repair my door. At 12:15 Matthew personally called to provide an updated ETA of approximately 45 minutes. Matthew arrived at 12:46 PM approximately 14 minutes earlier than expected. He was courteous and professional maintained good eye contact was well groomed and immediately demonstrated attention to detail by putting protective covers over his shoes before entering the home. Additionally, he laid down a protective blanket in the work area before beginning work. Matthew promptly assessed the repair needs, provide provided a clear estimate, thoroughly explained the work to be performed, and reviewed the warranty coverage. Then he got right to work and completed the repair by 1:30 PM. Overall, this was an outstanding customer service experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, professionalism, punctuality, and workmanship throughout. Easily a five star experience!

  The technician from this company arrived three hours late. He then told me that a 50% deposit was needed to order parts. He gave me an estimate that listed the 50% payment as a payment for parts. After paying, I was sent an invoice that stated the payment was a progress payment only for measurements. The Sliding Door company took 50% payment and then didn't order the parts or complete the job. It was a scam. The technician lied about the payment being a deposit. I lost a huge amount of money due to this fraudulent behavior.

  The best, fastest and polite service I’ve experienced in a while. The technician was super knowledgeable and fair. Worked with me on my house needs and get things done perfectly. The speed was also amazing… from my first contact with them, to the consultation and installation… all in about a week total.

  I hate to do this but our experience is a one star experience. I don’t know whether it’s the technician Kristall or the company as whole operates. Whether the company itself handles the job or the entire job is sub contracted to another company. We were charged for an onsite quote and estimate. It wasn’t cheap. We were told that we are giving the best price around town. We were upfront and transparent telling the tech we would like to get a few other quote from closer by business. We were told that they will email us the estimate, type of glass, and the dimension of the glass. A week gone by nothing with lots of run around. Finally I was able to get a return call from the technician to find out that they are not able to provide us the information they promised us. Information we paid for from their onsite estimate. We were quoted $2800 with installation. Subsequent phone calls from the company notifying us that they are able to give us a AAA special for $2300 installed. I asked the tech why they are not able to give us a proper report they promised us? I was told nah we don’t do that! Fast forward a week later, we contacted Capistrano glass company. The process was painless and overall experience was transparent. They provided free onsite inspection and we were able to get the exact glass replacement for $950. We were under pressure from the HOA and would of gone with the sliding door company because of the time restraint and unsuspectedly pay the $2300 they quoted us. We decided to reach out to Capistrano glass co because the shady practice we experienced from the first. Whether it’s just an isolated incident with your personnel or it’s just the way y’all conduct your business. There is definitely a lot for y’all to reflect on and improve the quality of your business.

  James from Sliding Door Repair was so knowledgeable and helpful. After he came in and inspected sliding door, he was able to diagnose the problem and he seemed very calm and confident to be able to repair it and he did! I am so glad I used his service! He gave a me good advice on how to take care of the door and guaranteed his work, which was very assuring. Overall, I highly recommend this company for those who needs to repair the sliding door so you can save a chunk than if you were to replace it.
