Jill, the salesperson, has a way of making you want to work with her—she is an exceptional lady doing an exceptional job, and her dedication really shows. My loan team, Paul Fergonise and Alex Celis, were outstanding. They stayed on top of everything, set clear expectations from the beginning, and impressively closed the deal in just two weeks. Finally, I have to mention Anthony, who made sure every detail was taken care of. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured that my long list of “minor details” was fully addressed. His attention to detail and commitment gave me complete peace of mind. Overall, the entire team made this experience smooth, efficient, and truly enjoyable.
