  I like the quality of materials they use but the work is shoddy, then having to deal with your 1 year builders warranty is pointless. Moved into a disgustingly dirty home with paint all over the tile and in the carpet, it took the painters an hour and a half to scrape the paint off, I have furniture over the other areas where there is still paint, so when I move I'll have to clean it up myself. Eunice Morales made an obnoxious comment about the cleanliness of the home that they only do "light" cleaning, which they didn't and the point was, there was paint drippings all over the floor, which isn't light cleaning but an actual mess they should have cleaned up before I moved in. Angela Jamison is useless, lied to me 3 times and gets defensive if I bring an issue to her. They'll make it like you are a burden for bringing up issues and would have you rather fix warranty items yourself, instead of them being obligated to.

  Frank, Eunice, Mitch, Jeff, and everyone at Woodside has been so great. Our house was built in the time-frame given. At our year mark, people came in and touched things up. It was a wonderful experience.

  Bought a home with Woodside and I am not happy with the customer service, if June is your customer service representative or the person doing punch for your unit I would seriously question buying the house. Took them about a year to fix one of the issues and 2 years to fix another. She and the replacement warranty rep or customer service rep whatever there titles are, they are horrible at communicating when the vendors are coming out to resolve issues. They won’t give you any noticed and would tell the vendors the wrong things that needed to be fixed….they are extremely disorganized. I do this for a living, but for large apartment complexes,(250-400 unit community’s) so I know what I’m talking about. There were no apologies over not communicating, they just seem not to really care once you buy the house.
