I signed up for monthly membership service ($19.95/month) for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical coverage plus discounts for my rental property in Scottsdale. The first year was positive, though some repairs were more expensive than expected. April 2026, however, was one of my most frustrating service experiences. This started with what was supposed to be a simple AC tune-up. The first issue was scheduling. I was scheduled for April 13. That morning, techs were delayed because of emergency calls (understandable) but would try to make it out. They didn't and I was rescheduled for April 14. Again, technicians were delayed because of emergencies (frustrating since I was told it would happen this time). After two failed appts, I messaged explaining my tenant had waited two full days for service and this was not what I was promised when signing up. They acknowledged the issue and promised things would improve. I was told we would be the FIRST CALL of the day 8-9AM arrival window on April 28 because of cancellations. I was frustrated for the weeks delay but happy this was handled. On April 27, I asked to confirm the 8-9 AM window. They quietly changed the arrival window to 9-9:30 AM instead. I pushed back and quoted their own earlier messages where they had promised first call priority due to the prior failures. I was then told we were still first, but the technicians had a morning meeting first. On April 28 9:25AM, I was informed the tech was “on the way” to the property (already late). Around noon, after my tenant had AGAIN waited, I received a message saying the tech was never “on the way” and now could not make it due to a “personal emergency.” I called the company to understand why we had received an “on the way” notification if the tech was never actually coming.I spoke with a rude representative who gave conflicting information about the tech's status and arrival time. I was transferred to Theresa (a supervisor/manager) to help resolve the situation who apologized and made several promises about future improvement. Things went downhill from there. I worked with the tech that finally came who recommended installing a valve for $279 (“membership discount”) because it would help extend the life of the water heater. A supervisor arrived and stated that the water heater actually needed full replacement and was in the worst condition he had seen in his career. This contradicts the need for a valve if the water heater needed full replacement. It did not make sense to sell us an overpriced valve intended to “extend the life”. I was presented overpriced water heater replacement options exceeding five figures. I had explained my financial situation and requested one quote being most affordable option available, even with a shorter warranty and another for best value. After obtaining multiple quotes for comparable units/warranties, the highest competing quote I received was ~$2,500 for the same unit/warranty. I ultimately replaced with water heater with the same unit through a company for ~$1,300. They pushed a warranty but it didn't make sense if I could replace the whole thing for less than half the cost of the warranty. Once I questioned the pricing, lower-cost alternatives appeared, but best offer was still over 2x more than quotes (over $4k). Despite promises that they would “make things right,” nothing meaningful was ultimately resolved: • No refund for the valve install • No meaningful resolution for the repeated failed appts The worst part is this appt was supposed to be for my AC tuneup and not plumbing at all! I requested cancellation of my membership. I was told they "understood" and I would be contacted about cancellation, but weeks of asking for confirmation that I would not continue being billed and as of writing this review, I still have not received any confirmation. Edit: After post got confirmation I have extensive documentation records. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before agreeing to major work or signing up for membership services with this company.

I had an AC issue over the weekend and Jrae was sent out to address my issue. He was very professional and has an amazing personality and demeanor. He thoroughly explained the process step-by-step to address my issue and he knew that I had price concerns. He totally understood my financial situation and worked within my budget to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with the service and I highly recommend requesting him, when possible.

My AC went out at 107 degrees outside. i called very late in the day, thinking ne way they will come out today. They texted me to say David M was on his way. He showed up diagnosed the issue and the next day he arrived with my part. In less than an hour my AC tuned right on. This guy was smart super personality and he knew the issue within minutes of crawling into my hot attic. Because of my US Military they gave me a super discount and free tune up for my AC and water heater.

I couldn't be happier with this company! I felt that the last 2 HVAC companies I was dealing with were suggesting upgrades and diagnoses I didn't really need, and I wasn't completely confident with the information they were telling me. What a difference Emergency Air was! Super easy to book an appointment with Tina, they called when James was on the way, and then he touched base shorty before arrival. He spent time going through my entire system, cleaned everything out, and went above and beyond to patch an area in the garage ductwork that was leaking air. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and gave me his obviously honest impression of my system. James is very professional and clearly super knowledgable, and I will absolutely continue with Emergency Air!

I had a great experience with Gerald. We had a handy man who claimed he knew how to fix our A/C but he actually made our situation worse. I’ve definitely learned from that experience..never again! Gerald walked me through the issues we were having and told me step by step what the issues were and how he planned to resolve them. He was really informative which I appreciated greatly because I’m someone who likes to learn as much as I can. We have someone from their team coming out to check the electrical today since that was a concern as well. I have all the confidence that if I need them again in the future, they’ll be the best choice! Highly recommend!
