This past spring we discussed my aging systems and the cost to replace everything. Although I wish I could have waited a bit longer, I had the entire HVAC system replaced including all new duct work and attic insulation. Caleb Phillips and his team did a tremendous job. Everyone was very professional, answered all my questions (even when I had next to no voice) and made sure I knew what to expect along the way. Typical Texas weather - it was below freezing when they were here but was quite comfortable after they finished everything so.............I can't wait to see how the system works. I'm so thankful for such kind, caring and professional folks at C&R.

Recently, we had to have a completely new a/c unit installed. The techs got started right away and didn't leave without speaking to us and letting us know what to expect next. The way he showed compassion knowing a freeze was coming, seeing my daughters, he drove back to his office to get parts, late at night mind you, came back and make sure everything was working properly. This company not only has a customer for life, but I will be telling my clients about this incredibly dedicated company.
