- CCChamber ChamberlainJul 16, 20251.0I’m not even sure where to start. We reached out to 911 restoration post hurricane Beryl to help dry out our home due to extensive water damage. Our main contact was Peter Alex who was helpful in the beginning and then totally failed to meet even the most basic standards for this project. Communication was decent in the beginning but was disappointing to say the least by the time we ended our working relationship with them. Their onsite crew did well enough but was very incapable in some areas. I had to constantly show up on the job to make sure we were progressing and to put out issues they were dealing with. Upon completion of dehumidifying the home they left every single piece of plastic up inside from the dehumidifying process. The entire home internally was wrapped in plastic. It was worse than pulling teeth to finally get them to remove it, which we were lied to multiple times when they said they did do it. When it was finally removed, over a month later, it wasn’t all taken out of the home and I arrived to about 20-30 bags of trash on my driveway. Another 2 weeks pass via some more argumentative conversations with Peter to finally get a portion of the trash taken away. What a dog and pony show this company is. I’ll never use again, never recommend and hope to never deal with Peter again.
