From the moment I called & talked with Ed to the moment the service guys came out, everyone has been absolutely wonderful. I was squeezed into an already packed schedule so have heat for the coming cold. It ended up being a back up breaker & they were able set up a work around until they check to see if it covered under warranty still. I can’t express my gratitude for not having to freeze in the days to come. I was treated like a human being and not just a number. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you very much.

The guy came out and changed the filters and said checked both units, one was less than 2 years old, the other he said was relatively newer and both okay. About a month later the heat in the older unit stopped working. We called them back and another man said we needed a new heat exchanger which would cost about $1500. We bought a maintenance agreement which gave us a 15% discount. I decided to get a local company to come out for a second opinion. He said we were out of propane and once the tank was filled the local company came out and said the unit was working fine. I spent $125 for a service call plus $85 for another service call plus $275 for the maintenance agreement and all Hart actually did was change the filters. I contacted Hart and asked for a refund and received a long condescending email from Ciara. I had to email again and ask for the refund again for the maintenance agreement. I think they were trying to take advantage of elderly people trying to get help.
