The issue was not simple and took multiple iterations to ascertain the underlying issue. Josh worked with both his office and Generac to come to a solution. However, he did not have the necessary parts on his truck to implement the solution. We discussed special shipping to get the parts ASAP. Josh then went beyond normal means and tracked down the parts himself…and Wendt and Josh had them installed in less than 24 hours when ordering parts might have taken a week+. Our house suffers electrical outages often. Having the generator operational was imperative. Thanks you Wendt and Josh for Excellent customer service. Sincerely. Doug
