We were very pleased with the efforts of the sales person, who worked very closely with our son to define a practical system for our needs. The sales guy very patiently explained what’s involved for a backup generator. And their cracker-jack office manager was a big help throughout the project. Wendt’s schedule was surprisingly fast – the system was delivered a few weeks after our order, and was operational within 3.5 days. We can’t say enough about the skill, patience, and cooperation shown by their technical team – formidable in French! They responded to our questions and adapted the installation for our concerns. After demonstration of the new unit’s performance, they cleaned up the trench and work area, including resetting bricks in our sidewalk. Believe it or not: they responded to my wife’s request to dig up a bush in front of the gas meter and replanted it in a different location. We highly recommend Wendt Electric.

The issue was not simple and took multiple iterations to ascertain the underlying issue. Josh worked with both his office and Generac to come to a solution. However, he did not have the necessary parts on his truck to implement the solution. We discussed special shipping to get the parts ASAP. Josh then went beyond normal means and tracked down the parts himself…and Wendt and Josh had them installed in less than 24 hours when ordering parts might have taken a week+. Our house suffers electrical outages often. Having the generator operational was imperative. Thanks you Wendt and Josh for Excellent customer service. Sincerely. Doug
