  I declined the service as the quote was over $1000 to replace a small tankless heater. Best guess at labor time would be an hour or less and I had all the parts.

  Mike came to our house so quickly and fixed our kitchen sink clog 🙌 He also answered my 20 questions about plumbing and tools to use or not use. When it was time to look at servicing options at the beginning, he offered 3-4 different options with different price points, and explained in detail what each option entailed. He was so kind and patient with me and even gave our kiddos some rubber duckies! 12/10 thanks again Rub-a-Dub team!

  My technician was very professional.. Very, very courteous and knowledgeable. It was awesome having him here to take care of this problem. He took care of it in a minimal amount of time. Explain to me what the problem was and what we should do in the future to prevent it from happening again, you have an asset on your hands with young man.. Because of service like that, I will absolutely use you again in the future
