They came out, walked around the building, sat in his van for about 20 mins and came to me and said he couldn’t tell until it was further along He then said he needed $69.00 for his services. He didn’t provide a service. He walked around looking. No paperwork was given to me nor any signatures.were ask of me. I was never told there was a fee and this wasn’t a service call it was an estimate. They emailed me a letter with an attached form with what they say was my intials. Wrong!!! I didn’t sign or initial anything. Now they’ve threaten to put it on my credit report. If they do I will dispute it every time it shows up. They need to be reported to the BBB!!! Don’t use these people.
