After they came to our home and took full measurements, we waited several weeks expecting a detailed estimate. When they called back, they stated that they don’t provide itemized quotes of any kind and only offer a single total price. The only explanation given for the cost was “labor is labor.” For a project as significant and customizable as a tile shower installation, having at least a basic breakdown helps customers understand what they’re paying for. Declining to provide even a general explanation made it difficult to evaluate the quote or compare it to other installers in the area. They have excellent reviews, which made this experience surprising, but the lack of transparency in the quoting process didn’t align with what we expected when choosing a contractor. Anyone considering a project with them should be aware that they do not itemize or explain quotes, even after a site visit.

Working with Linda and Roger was very enjoyable. Nick, Mike, the electrician, and painter were very pleasant to work with. And they cleaned up after themselves!! Highly recommend Dream Makers for any bath and kitchen work!
