- JBJustin BartulaMar 28, 20245.0Our experience with Cover 3 began on Easter morning in 2020. We woke up to a water leak inside our house that we had only lived in for 4 months. I remembered seeing a Cover 3 truck passing by regularly since we moved in, so I immediately thought of calling them. Shane came by that morning to inspect and put a tarp over the damaged area on the roof, and determined that we were in need of a new roof due to hail damage. Shane with Cover 3 helped us file an insurance claim which was unfortunately denied, as the insurance company felt the damage was from prior to their coverage. In April 2023, we again found the same area leaking so I called Cover 3 back to see if they could at least re-tarp the area and give us a cash quote for a repair, and Shane and Dylan informed us that there was a new, very recent hail date for our area. Because we had switched insurance companies, we decided to try filing another claim, and they covered it! Cover 3 made the whole process easy for us and worked with us on our time. We knew we had a year from the loss date to complete the job, and because we wanted time to paint and have a couple of other repairs made, they were very patient with us. When we were ready for the roof, we simply called the office and let them know, and they got us scheduled and completed just in time. The installation took just one day and the new roof is beautiful - especially compared to our old one. And the best part is we no longer have to be super stressed when it rains! Shane, Dylan, Kristen, Donnie, and everyone else we were in contact with from Cover 3 were all extremely patient and caring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

On the Cover3 construction side: exterior painting, woodwork, exterior door replacement, lighting and concrete work all turned out much better than expected. I plan on using Donnie and his team for future renovation projects.
