By chance I called DWoods plumbing and had someone that could make it to our place with in hours. Austin showed up to repair our water line. He looked into it and gave us the repair amount. We gave him the ok to repair it and got it repaired. He explained to us what he was going to do. Overall thanks for the quick repair and response.
- CPCharles PierceDec 29, 20255.0Had issues with our home air-conditioning unit two days before Christmas. We contacted C. Woods and they had a tech out the next morning - Christmas Eve - to assess the problem. It was not good news but Jacob took the time to explain in detail the what the problem was and gave us options for repair. Not an inexpensive fix but based on his explanation we knew we had to fix it the right way to avoid even worse problems in the future. The day after Christmas the installation techs were here at 8:30am and had the job completed by 1:30pm. Everyone was friendly and professional. They will definitely be who we call in the future for any of our hearing, cooling or plumbing problems.

No type of checking done by plumber to see what problem was... plumbers who came out were callous and had poor attitude. Showed no desire to do the work. Rule number 1 when hiring technicians or plumbers, if too many show up to do the job... you are being overcharged! 2 very young and probably very inexperience boys showed up.handed me an invoice even before they looked at the job. Doesn't sit well with me, couple that with their attitudes and I was afraid to let them do the work. I am disabled. You shouldn't try to take advantage take of people.
- CCCody CooperDec 13, 20252.0Leaving a 2 star review. Would be 1 star but the second tech addressed the issue. $93 I tried installing a nest thermostat. Unbeknownst to me, the screw hit the thermostat wire. I addressed it by pulling wire, cutting the bad, Re-installing. Issue- Upon checking a few things, I had accidentally switched the therm wire that goes to the outside condenser, to the wrong place on the circuit board. System wouldn't work right. So, I called C Woody to send a sech out. The first tech that came to my property said I needed new thermostat wire (from thermostat to circuit board). So, he runs new wire. Checks system- Still (White wire not detected)... Tech checks a few things & states I need a new circuit board & verbally quoted me about $1,200. I said thanks, not today, how much do I owe you? Response- $63 diag fee. Perfect- Paid it. I locate a new circuit board through a friend (licensed hvac owner)... Purchase the circuit board. Install circuit board- Same issue... (White wire not detected) So, when the second tech came out, he immediately noticed the issue. (The Red & White wire leading from the outside condenser unit to the circuit board) weren't installed into the right terminals. I called their office to get a refund for the $63 first visit (due to the tech diagnosing the issue incorrectly). I was told a "manager" would call within 48hrs. That's now been over a week. Hopefully I get a call & a refund for the first visit- If I do- Happy to change review. Blessings
