However, when I stated I had lost the instruction booklet and would go online to look at it, he still gave very little instruction and when he left, I still did not know how to program the thermostat. When I looked at the service ticket online after he left, he stated that he had instructed the homeowner how to use it. I do not want this technician to come back to my home. He was nice but not customer oriented.

He stayed after dark working in a wet dirty hole getting our issue fixed. C. Woods has always been great to us. We will use them again.
