Both techs were respectful They did not explain nor offer the option to my wife to decline or accept the $155 Membership Fee inserted in the invoice. After further review with other plumbing companies and explaining my problem, it was determined that my problem could have been fixed somewhat cheaper, but I am ok with the job they did. My hot water heater did produce hot water, they said it was due to pressure and that in Flint Bullard area Southern Utilities is jacking up the pressure causing issues in their attempt to accommodate future demand as many homes are going up in this desired area. This company is a chain and they are trying to make profit. I understand, but just explain things better and allow for your customers to have that option before they pay. My bill $945. I will refer to Watson Plumbing in the future as they are the ones who installed the plumbing in my home in 2018 when it was built. Again, great work, very thorough, no worries, just dont like the tactic.
