They came by to repair a couple of sagging panels and put in some new posts at the bargain price of only $600. This was maybe a month, maybe 5 weeks ago. In exchange for taking down his review, Barbin promised that they would resolve the matter "within the week". His review was warranted, for a fact. I've added some photo's so you can see for yourself. One post is not attached the fence. At all. One is being held by 1 (one) screw. The other is not attached at the bottom at any point. After 5 attempts to have someone come by of call back, she went to the office and spoke the older guy in the office who made the promise of correcting the problem within the week. Fast forward five weeks - fence is NOT fixed...I drive over from Denton, go to Lowes and buy some screws and fix the fence. This was on Sat, July 28. Lo and behold, couple of flunkies from Barbin show up unannounced at 7:10 a.m. Monday morning. Their assessment? "You need a new fence...." HA! Thanks for the consultative business advice, guys. I think we'll go ahead and pass on you boys putting up a new fence. I'm happy to take a check to reimburse me for my gas, time, and the screws. The last fence pic is what the first panel looked liked after I repaired it. Feel free to come back and attach the bottom part of the panel the post. I've gone the extra mile and added a couple of pictures of books that I found on Amazon for you guys. One is on basic fence building, and the other is on understanding business ethics. Good luck with both.
