I asked them to come replace the picket(app $3.00) I was told that it would cost $400 minimum for a repair. I paid almost $5,000 cash for this fence and this is the service I get. The warp was no fault of mine. Not happy with them. I asked for the picket and I'll replace it. Told me to go to like Lowe's. It would have to be cut to the measurement. I am 70 years old, single, and on fixed income. Old people have a hard time! Never returned my call. SMH!
