- SRShaun RyanNov 5, 20255.0We recently had our roof replaced by Apex Roofing and Construction. It went through insurance and Ryon Fields was our main point of contact. They did put in the work to help make sure our roof was in fact replaced after initially insurance just wanted to patch it. After working with other subpar roofing companies in the past, I can't say enough good things about both Ryon and Apex. Customer service was solid from start to finish. Ryon was always checking in to make sure we were happy with our roofing choices and cosmetic designs along the way. Whenever we wanted to make an addition, subtraction, or just had additional questions he made himself available. The day of the replacement, Ryon stayed on site from the early hours of the morning to a late evening completion. While this may seem "normal", it isn't uncommon for someone to show up with the crew at the start of the job, take off, and then show up again at the end. You usually don't have someone there the entire time supervising the supervisor. I appreciated that. There were one or two very small cosmetic issues we needed corrected after everything was complete, and once again Ryon and crew showed up promptly to make sure they were taken care of. All and all, the service from Apex was great from start to finish. Thanks!!!

Three times he tried to convince me to replace my 3-1/2 year old roof. I explained to him that it was not the roof leaking. I am not a fan of the hard sell. The am looking for a different company.
